TRY MY DIGITAL STUDIO EXPRESS FOR FREE!

Stampin' Up is offering everyone a chance to try My Digital Studio Express free during the month of February.  It's a great program where you can make scrapbooks, cards, calendars, and so much more.

Here is my first project with My Digital Studio.  You don't have to be a computer expert to use it. I was able to figure out how to make the card without having to read the manual.  Make sure and register at mydigitalstudio.net so that you have all of the support to use the program while you are using the free trial.

You can purchase additional downloads now and when you purchase MDS you don't have to reinstall anything.

Creating Great Cards with Leftovers

Have you ever found yourself with leftover supplies after a Stack-A-Stamp workshop and wondered what to do with them. This is just the predicament I found myself in.  I have a Valentine workshop coming up so it was easy to design cards using the leftover Real Red and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I found that the Crumb Cake cardstock looked great with the SAB Everyday Enchantment DSP.

Today I combined Beau Chateau DSP with leftover Marina Mist cardstock and a scallop square to make a birthday card for my Birthday Stack-A-Stamp coming up in March.

This card was so easy to make and shows off the Beau Chateau DSP so well. I will definitely be using this layout in the future.

Supplies used: Elementary Elegance Stamp Set (Sale-a-bration W 125120, C 125122), Marina Mist Cardstock (119682), Crumb Cake Cardstock (120953), Very Vanilla Cardstock (101650), Marina Mist Classic Ink (119668) Crumb Cake Classic Ink (121030), Beau Chateau DSP (122357), Basic Pearls (119247), 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon - Marina Mist (119257), Curly Label Punch (119851), Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309), Beautiful Wings Embosslits (118138),Scallop Square Duo Bigz Die (120903), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)

Winter in Wisconsin

Well, this morning we woke up to a freezing rain advisory in Southeastern Wisconsin. So my Thursday routine has been slightly altered. I will not be driving to the mall to walk. We will walk at the high school in town instead.  That will give me some time to get some more Valentine's Day card made.  I still have my Christmas items down at Live A Little, downtown Kenosha. Time to change holidays.

For those of you new to my blog (which is probably everyone), I have a Stampin' Up table at my friend's clothing consignment store.

Check the store out on Facebook.

I provide free help there when needed.  Tonight Lori and Jackie are treating me to dinner and drinks. Don't worry, I'm not driving.

Time to go make some cards.  Look for a post from me later to see what I came up with!
